About Us

Kraken Scuba is owned and operated by Anna Barfield with the full support of her significant other, Dillon Davis. Anna purchased the scuba shop from her Stepdad, Gary Seguin, in June of 2018 and has worked hard ever since to create her own image. Originally from Texas, Anna grew up in a swimming pool and loves being in the water. Although it took almost 4 years of convincing to get scuba certified, she instantly fell in love and become obsessed with anything scuba. Owning a scuba shop was never the plan for Anna, but she can’t imagine it any other way now and says that her favorite part is watching people fall in love with the underwater world.

What sets Kraken Scuba apart from other dive shops is the family feel of the Kraken Krew. The wide variety of dive professionals is what makes everything here possible. Every professional staff member at Kraken Scuba is like a brother or sister to each other and are all about having fun while remaining safe. It only takes one class or one dive with this team to feel like part of the family. We are always ready to welcome new people into our diving family and join in the fun.
